We've been buying our eggs locally, so the sizes in a dozen tend to vary a lot. This can sometimes cause a little trouble when baking/cooking, so I put together a few of the relevant numbers to stick on the fridge. Click the image to download the PDF::
Any individual or any direct-to-consumer egg producer is welcome to use this. It is sized to fit on a 3x5 card. If you plan to distribute cards, let me know and I could create a 4-up version. I could probably fit another row of information or maybe two... let me know what would be useful.
